Healed from the coronavirus

A testimony for the ages to encourage us all!

I am writing this from the UK whilst we are currently experiencing an advisory lockdown in order to reduce the spread of coronavirus (also known as COVID19). For those who do not understand the gravity of this disease, it has been spreading rapidly across the globe and has been described as having some of the greatest ramifications on the worldwide economy and societal interactions for several years!

A lady from my church who works as a nurse and has therefore been required to work during this period as she is a key worker unfortunately contracted the coronavirus whilst working. At her most recent interaction with doctors pre-testimony, she was told she had an estimate of 48 hours to live.

The church prayed for her. Our pastor had felt led to introduce regular morning and evening prayer sessions during this period as he felt it was important for us all to pray during this unusual season and specifically asked us to pray in earnest for this lady so we did. Some days later, we then got the report that she had recovered!

As a friend mentioned, "God isn't deaf. Keeping praying! This too will pass".

Everything is temporary, even difficult situations such as this. Stay prayed up and believe that God has got you and your loved ones wrapped in His arms of protection.
