God healed me

Wanted to share this from one of our church members.
7 years ago my wife rushed me into hospital after a year of bleeding and throwing up. I was diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease three months later my wife had to rush me back into hospital as I had deteriorated dramatically.
Over the next 4 years, I became worse and I ended up on steroids and methotrexate. There had even been talk about removing my colon and liver as the disease was now shutting down my liver. Until, one day God said to me do you believe you are healed. I answered “yes”. Despite this, I didn’t get well straight away - in fact I got worse and there looked to be no hope but I continued to trust God since my faith is built on one thing alone which is this: on the 3rd day, He rose from the grave. This is what was keeping me from walking away and giving up.
I now have the honour of saying my God is bigger than any problem. I went for my regular check up and the doctor’s first words were, “I am concerned in a good way”.
"How can you be concerned in a good way?" I asked. “Well, when you came into hospital you were very ill and this disease only gets worse, never better. You, on other hand, are an enigma. You are now taking no medication and are only getting better. We may have to discharge you from the hospital" (again, this would be a first for the hospital given the severity of this condition).
I told him who I was and my belief in healing because of God. What took me back was his response to all the evidence in-front of him.
“Well if that works for you”.
Well, yes it certainly worked for me!
So please, if you are waiting on God, stand in the word and be patient and he has already finished your healing. Trust Him even when things look the opposite way.
