Learning to trust God

In the last year, I've been battling to trust the Lord more, in particular with regards to my work. However, I've been truly blessed in that time and time again; I've seen God come through for me when I didn't know what to do or where to turn. I feel like time and time again He's whispered into my heart 'I love you my daughter, do not be afraid', and He has given me peace in stressful situations. I know I'm not there yet but I'm thankful for His patience with me and that He continues to show me that He is in control even when I am not. I'm praying that His words "I will never leave you or forsake you" work themselves deep into my heart and thankful that the first seeds of that have been planted. God is truly good and He will never let us fall from His hands.
